The majority of our engineers have 3-15 years experience. We have many senior engineers that you can't find on job boards or LinkedIn platforms because they are passive and not looking for jobs. Pre-Screened Candidates

Unlike typical recruiting agencies, all the resumes are pre-screened by our matching algorithm; you won’t get spammed with random resumes. We know Java and JVM are the same while Java and JavaScript are different. Our resume acceptance rate is over 50%. We could easily achieve an 80% acceptance rate but we encourage companies to explore diverse sets of candidates, so we are generally aiming for a 30% resume acceptance rate for most companies.
